7. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to be fraudulent, incorrectly priced, unavailable, or placed in violation of these Terms.

An order confirmation email does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we process payment and begin fulfillment, or when we otherwise confirm acceptance.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may exclude taxes, duties, shipping charges, installation fees, recycling fees, or other applicable costs unless expressly stated. Final charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

MPE is not responsible for the approval, denial, repayment terms, credit decisions, fees, or actions of third-party financing providers. Please review the financing provider’s terms and privacy policy before selecting a financing option.

From time to time, MPE may offer discounts, promotional codes, limited-time sales, bundles, gifts with purchase, financing promotions, or other special offers. Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts, offers, gift cards, or promo codes;
• Promotions cannot be applied to prior purchases, pending orders, replacement orders, or warranty claims;

If there is an error in a promotion, discount, price, product description, or availability, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or modify affected orders where permitted by law.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, delivery times, costs, and service availability may vary based on product type, destination, inventory, carrier availability, and other factors. Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. MPE is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our control.

Some products may require freight delivery, scheduled delivery, signature confirmation, or special handling. Additional delivery terms may apply at checkout or in your order confirmation.

12. Title and Risk of Loss

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing, title and risk of loss for products pass to you when the products are delivered to the shipping address or transferred to the carrier. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if products are damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Return, refund, and exchange eligibility may vary depending on product type, condition, region, delivery method, promotional offer, and applicable law. Products must generally be returned in accordance with our return instructions and within the applicable return period.

17. Installation and Safe Use

You agree to use MPE products in accordance with product manuals, safety instructions, installation requirements, and applicable warnings. Improper assembly, installation, electrical connection, cleaning, storage, relocation, or use may result in product damage or personal injury.

You are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for your home environment, bed frame, electrical system, flooring, and intended use.

18. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, product designs, logos, icons, videos, software, code, user interface elements, trademarks, trade names, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MPE and is protected by intellectual property laws.

19. User Content and Reviews

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, feedback, ideas, testimonials, or other content to MPE or publicly tag or share content related to MPE products, you grant MPE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, edit, translate, and distribute that content for customer service, marketing, product improvement, and other lawful business purposes.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party or applicable law.
